Important: Gift Vouchers are linked to email addresses. When you purchase one for someone else, please either select “Gift Coupons to Someone Else” in the checkout and proceed to enter their email, or when selecting “Send Coupon to Me”, enter the recipients email in the “Order notes” section of the checkout.
Remaining balances for gift vouchers can be found in “My Account” under the “Coupons” section.
Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Gift vouchers are for use on our website – www.tummahethicaltrade.co.nz
- All gift vouchers are issued in New Zealand dollars.
- We do not believe gift vouchers should have expiry dates, so ours don’t 🙂
- If you have an account, you may use the voucher amount in multiple purchases. If you do not have an account, you will need to use the entire amount in a single purchase. Note: gift vouchers are linked to the email address, so if you create an account with the email address attached to the gift voucher, then it will be automatically added to your account and you will be able to use the voucher in multiple purchases.
- Please contact us if you misplace the physical gift voucher or lose the email with the code. If you can prove the gift voucher was yours (e.g. email history) and we can confirm that it has not been used, then we are happy to cancel the original (missing) one and provide you with a replacement 🙂
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for any items bought with a gift voucher; but we are happy to exchange them (in line with our returns policy).
